Automatic Sliding Door For Surgery Room

In environments requiring sterile and semi-sterile hygiene, photocell surgery room  door are manufactured with antibacterial MDF-Lam wings, compact laminate or stainless surface. The wings for photocell stretcher transfer applications can be manufactured from two parts or stretcher transfer compartment can be made in front of the wing. Automatic surgery room doors and stretcher transfer door wings are specially developed for hospitals and other healthcare institutions, covered with antibacterial laminate or stainless steel plates with minimum level of recesses and protrusions, MDF or compact laminate on wooden paving material. The surgery room door has a total thickness of 40mm and the solid structure of the wings and the 300s profile system designed for these wings provide an ideal stability for the operating theaters with positive pressure leakage, fully sterile and semi-sterile areas and sealing with EPDM gaskets on the 3 sides outside the wing to release air.

Automatic surgery room door: It has become inevitable to use antibacterial materials in every part of the modern hospital structure. Monador Automatic Door Systems has developed 300s system by considering the experience and knowledge gained from intensive hospital applications and universal requirements and demands of health sector. As a result of the high performance and durability obtained, the 300s system has become the primary preference of both private and public hospitals. Since such photocell doors are generally opened by proximity sensor (hand sensor) or elbow buttons placed on the wall for protection of sterilization, it is preferred that the opening element be moved to one side to remain close to the door. However, when single-wing applications are not feasible, photocell double-wing automatic door applications are also available.

Side sliding automatic stretcher transfer door: In principle, it has the same features as the automatic surgery room door. Unlike the operating room door, after opening the wing, there is a fixed compartment in the door passage space which functions as a stretcher transfer function. The stretcher transfer compartment is made of the same materials as the opening wing and does not impair the functional and visual integrity of the door. The purpose of using stretcher transfer compartments is to prevent pedestrian traffic from semi-sterile to fully sterile. In this way, the bacterial particles that can be transported from the semi-sterile area to the sterile area by means of clothing remain at the lowest level and the stretcher can be transferred to the transfer vehicle located in the sterile area over the separator manufactured according to the length of the stretcher transfer vehicle. Although the stretcher transfer compartments are stable, they can also be opened in special cases (eg in the case of repair, maintenance or transfer of medical equipment and supplies).
