Monador’s night and holiday support is based on the on-call system. Our on-call teams on weekdays and weekends respond to calls outside of work hours and provide support until 23:00 at night, and provide on-site service in emergency situations. On official holidays, the daily on-call technical team provides solutions to situations requiring urgent intervention.
