Automatic Door Combined Sensor

Used in automatic sliding doors, radar and sensor systems work together to ensure controlled and safe door activation. The microwave radar handles motion detection, while the infrared sensor prevents collisions and entrapments — delivering optimal safety and performance when used in combination.

  • Motion Detection: Microwave radar detects approaching movement to open the door
  • Safe Passage: Infrared sensor prevents trapping and impact during transit
  • Combined Operation: Dual-sensor setup ensures maximum safety and reliability
  • Adjustable Range: Detection sensitivity can be tailored to suit the environment

Description

Designed for automatic sliding doors, the combined sensor detects approaching individuals or objects and triggers the door mechanism. The microwave radar, with adjustable detection range, enables the door to open automatically. Depending on your needs, the product can function as a standalone microwave radar, a standalone infrared safety sensor, or a fully integrated combination of both.

While the microwave radar detects movement to initiate door opening, the infrared curtain sensor performs area scanning at the passage point to prevent entrapment or collisions. When both features are used together, the device functions as a complete and reliable combined detection system.
