    Tip: Stand near the sensor. If you hear a clicking sound, the door has power.
  5. Are roll-up security shutters open?
    Check if any security shutters are closed, as these can prevent the door from operating.
  6. Is there an error code on the control panel?

Resetting the door with the key switch (via the TouchM control panel)

  1. Turn the key switch (A) to position 0.
  2. Next, turn the key switch (A) to position 1.

Press and hold the two middle buttons on the TouchM control panel for 4 seconds.
