These standard revolving doors are available with internal diameters ranging from a minimum of 1800mm to a maximum of 3800mm. They can be chosen in manual or automatic configurations, with 3 or 4 wings, and in any desired color or surface finish. For manual doors, an ideal internal diameter is 2400mm; we recommend not exceeding this measurement due to operational difficulties. The manually operated Tourniket revolving doors are designed to be easily upgraded to fully automatic doors at any time.
Diameter Range: Ø 1800 – 3800mm
It is no coincidence that the Tourniket is the most preferred revolving door model worldwide. Over Boon Edam’s more than 100-year history, numerous architectural trends and diverse customer demands have led to the creation of a timeless, universal classic that fits every era, need, and structure. The Tourniket, with its classic lines, offers versatile application possibilities and an exceptionally flexible structure, making it adaptable to your expectations. Its special profile design is both aesthetically pleasing and highly durable and practical. Remarkably, even after 20 years of installation, damaged parts of a Tourniket door can be easily replaced.
The Tourniket revolving doors have not overlooked the benefits of the latest technological advancements like Wi-Fi. Equipped with a system called Teleboon, automatic revolving doors periodically check the healthy functioning of all sensors and components, and report this information wirelessly using a unique identification number assigned to each door. These reports are monitored at both Boon Edam’s headquarters in the Netherlands and our technical service unit, allowing issues to be identified and addressed in their early stages.
For the surface finishes of your door, any color can be applied using RAL standard electrostatic powder coating or anodizing techniques to match your building’s structural elements. Additionally, with years of expertise and advanced technological capabilities, materials such as satin stainless steel, mirror finish No.8 (mirror stainless steel), brass, bronze, or wood can be flawlessly applied to aluminum profiles with perfect 90-degree rotations. For the flat and curved fixed profiles, 9mm tempered, laminated, or special safety glass, as well as solid materials based on your requests, can be used.
